Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Event, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

Registration Cancellation and Transfers

Any individual registration cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation policy listed below and as agreed to when registering for the Event.
  • Registrations cancelled up to 30 days prior to the Event will be eligible for a refund minus a $150 AUD administration fee.

Registration transfers can occur at any time; another person may participate in the Event in place of the original delegate, provided they are eligible for the same ticket type. All registration changes (cancellations or transfers) must be advised via email to contact@anzsoc2026.com.au

Conference Dinner Ticket Cancellations and Transfers

No refunds will be provided for conference dinner tickets within 30 days of the Event. Tickets can be transferred to another person. All changes must be advised via email to contact@anzsoc2026.com.au

Cancellation of Conference

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers or for reasons of delegate health and safety, the conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded.
The Conference Host and ANZSOC do not accept any liability for other costs incurred (such as travel costs, hotel costs or any other costs or expenses) if the in-person Event is cancelled due to an unforeseen occurrence or any other occurrence that renders performance of the Event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. An unforeseen occurrence shall include but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.

Photography Disclaimer

We are filming and taking photos at this event which may be used for marketing or resource creation purposes. Please email contact@anzsoc2026.com.au if you do not want your images to be used.

Intellectual Property

All participants are expected to respect the intellectual property of speakers and acknowledge their work appropriately. Adhering to these guidelines helps ensure we can continue to provide high-quality and respectful knowledge-sharing at future events.

Professional Conduct

ANZSOC is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and collegial conference environment that supports constructive exchange of ideas across diverse perspectives. All delegates are expected to engage professionally and courteously with other participants and to contribute to a welcoming environment for all attendees. Delegates are required to adhere to the ANZSOC Code of Ethics (https://anzsoc.org/about/ethics) during the conference.
